We’ve been nominated for this award 67 times in the past few days, so I suppose we should acknowledge it, even though I protest the name of the award itself, because dragons are the most disloyal animal I’ve ever met, even more than dolphins.

So you’re supposed to:

So the biggest giving of thanks to MikesFilmTalk, Written In Blood, The Cinematic Frontier and RobbinsRealm! You’re all even more loyal than a dragon, who is so disloyal that it gave up on the Chicago Bulls after their first loss of the ’95-’96 season.

Picking 15 sites for this seems kind of awkward and weird. We follow a lot of sites and they’re all great. So like a really lame school participation trophy, everyone’s a winner.

Now, on to 7 (semi-) interesting things about me (Brian):

1. When I was 18 I moved 700 miles away from my family to pursue an internet romance. The romance is long over but I have remained here.
2. I once interviewed Ozzy Osbourne on the phone for a Rolling Stone book.
3. I seriously saw a UFO once. For real. Nobody believes me. But my two friends I was with saw it too! OK, I was a little drunk, but still.
4. I’ve never had any surgeries or broken bones until this winter, when I’ve had two surgeries, and I discovered that I have a skin allergy to medical tape.
5. I played the trumpet from 6th to 8th grade then quit the school band because I didn’t want to do any of that marching.
6. When I was a kid I had bright red clown hair which thankfully dulled down to like a strawberry blonde when I hit puberty.
7. I almost stole a piece of 5 cent Bazooka Joe gum from a convenience store when I was around 10 and the cashier caught me and I put it back and have been terrified of breaking the law ever since.
